| | | | | | Pęcice n/Warsaw Here perished shortly after the beginning of the Warsaw Uprising in August 1944, the youngest son of uncle Edmund - Wojciech (085). He was 15 years old. Fighting took place in a vast park of a local private estate. At that time the Germans were occupying the manor-house. (It has been recently restored - see below). A monument commemorating the 89 fallen soldiers (40 of them less than 20 years old) was erected here. (See - webpage "The Insurgents").

Warsaw In the evening, we met with Jerzy Jan Wajszczuk (154) and his family. Jerzy belongs to the Family branch of Franciszek (103) from Trzebieszów.
